Company is headed and guided by our Chairman Mr. O. P. Pathak and Director Mr. Akhilesh Pathak having a long experience of fragrance, flavour and aroma industry.

Munna Lal Sons & Co. (Perfumers) Pvt. Ltd. was came in existence in 1911 and started by Late Munna Lal Ji Pathak with a very clear and broad vision to explore their products world wide. From last 99 years Munna Lal Sons & Co. (Perfumers) Pvt. Ltd. has established lot of landmarks in aroma industry.

Mr. O. P. Pathak is having a very wide experience of such industry and he is looking after all the issues related to Infrastructure, Production, Plant Setup and Up-gradation, Raw Material, Plantation and Cropping.

Mr. Akhilesh Pathak is multifaceted identity in such industry. He is "Vice President" of "Essential Oil Association of India" and "Member - Technical Advisory Committee " of "Fragrance and Flavour Development Centre, Kannauj (A autonomous division of Min. of MSME, Govt. of India". He is involved in Sales, Marketing, Research & Development.
